At Villioro, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if they have been worn or removed from their original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
